Meet Rescue Dog Buffy on Thursday, November 15, at Brandon Honda

BRANDON, Fla. - Nov. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- Brandon Honda has joined forces with The New Barker magazine and Project RAD Foundation to showcase long-stay, shelter dogs at the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center (PRC) through December 31, 2018. Shelter dogs being promoted weekly have been available for adoption at PRC for more than 30 days and most urgently need adoption to avoid near-term euthanasia. This week we will have a cute frame available for photo selfies for making memories.

Buffy is our featured rescue dog this week. She's a female, American Staffordshire terrier mix who is six years old, spayed, and very affectionate. She has been dog #A1936375 at PRC for more than 60 days and her time is running out. She loves people and the great outdoors! Come meet Buffy on Thursday, November 15, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Brandon Honda.

PRC personnel will be on hand to answer questions and offer on-site adoptions for convenience. In addition to being neutered or spayed, each rescue adoptee is microchipped, given a rabies vaccination and a heartworm test, and gifted with a doggie swag bag from The New Barker magazine filled with doggie treats and gifts. Adoption fees are being waived for all long-stay (30+ days) dogs from PRC adopted through the end of the year.
