Ready's solutions enable companies to enter global markets with high quality multilingual products and services that meet the language and functionality requirements of local customers, quickly and efficiently. "We did it again! After successfully implementing two new international standards in 2017, we have managed to re-certify both standards; it's a genuine achievement which goes to demonstrate our commitment to quality for all of Ready's valued partners, clients and prospects" says Dave Simons, the CEO of Ready Translations. ISO 9001 is the world's most popular international standard for quality management. ISO 9001:2015 was revised in October 2015 in order to address recent changes in the business world. Risk-based decision making and a greater emphasis on leadership are some of the most notable changes in the new standard. ISO 17100:2015, published in May 2015, is a new ISO standard which replaces the EN 15038 standard. The new standard addresses linguist competencies and qualification processes, as well as project management, request handling and security requirements. "We adopted the EN15038 standard some years ago, and saw the introduction of the new ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 standards as an opportunity to review and analyze our processes using the new ISO risk-based framework. From there we devised a strategy to formalize implementation and set ourselves the goal of continuous accredited certification. Clients have yet more reasons to believe in the language solutions we create for them", says Dave Simons. For additional information, contact Ready Translations at: sales[at]readytranslations[ End
