ShearShare Cofounders to Speak at 3rd Annual AfroTech 2018

MCKINNEY, Texas - Nov. 6, 2018 - PRLog -- ShearShare, an app-based global marketplace with salon and barbershop listings in more than 400 cities and 11 countries, will take part in the Entrepreneur's track during AfroTech with a lecture titled, "Beauty Tech: How We Built ShearShare."

AfroTech is a groundbreaking, revolutionary experience for Black techies, startups, and entrepreneurs that draws more than 3,000 founders, engineers, entrepreneurs, and designers for a 360-degree look at how culture and tech run the world. First launched in 2016 by the millennial media powerhouse Blavity, AfroTech returns for its 3rd year with an expanded program at various venues around the city of San Francisco.

The cofounders of ShearShare, the pioneers in on-demand workspace for the beauty and barbering industry, will speak at 1:00 pm. on Friday, November 9, 2018, at the Palace of Fine Arts. Dr. Tye and Courtney Caldwell's session will highlight their startup journey and provide tangible strategies and tactics used to launch and grow their beauty tech startup.
