During the book signing event the author was able to engage with her fanbase by not only signing books and taking selfies, but by also conversing with each of them about how her book series, "The Chronicles of Lennox has impacted their lives. N. R. Wolfe recently appeared on the F.R.E.S.H. Conversations radio program on Joy 106.3 FM and a listener called in and asked her why she chose to write Sci-Fi novels instead of romance novels. Wolfe stated that she understood that it would be "easy to write books in the romance genre simply because that's what the industry expects, female writers to do. They want us to stay in our lane, so to speak, and as a black woman writing sci-fi, I have definitely fallen outside of the lane of the expected. But I have always been a futuristic, "out of the box" thinker so writing Science Fiction novels is the perfect fit for me". She went on to say, "I know that it would be easier for me to write romance novels and I realize that I may have a broader appeal by doing so, but I know that God has entrusted me with these characters and it is my commission to tell their stories in a purposeful and compelling manner; And it just so happens that my characters dwell within the realm of science fiction." The author will be making a guest appearance at the F.R.E.S.H. Book & Film Festival in Daytona Beach, FL in January of 2019.

The One To Watch: In addition, to having more than 17 completed novels under her belt, N. R. Wolfe is parlaying her writing chops into the film and TV industry. Most recently she has completed a Sci-Fi screenplay script which she hopes to get into the hands of either Ryan Coogler or Antoine Fuqua.
