ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Oct. 30, 2018 - PRLog -- The Flagler Tiger Bay Club board of directors are pleased to announce they will host an Election Postmortem Analysis luncheon on November 14th. This meeting will provide a balanced analysis of the midterm elections and what it means to Flagler County. Flagler County Supervisor of Elections Kaiti Lenhart will offer an analysis of voting patterns, and Daytona Beach News-Journal editor Pat Rice will discuss what it all means. The event will be held at 11:30AM at Hammock Beach Resort, located at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Palm Coast, Fla.

Flagler Tiger Bay Club is a nonpartisan club that caters to a diverse group of members. Members have an interest in politics, things that effect politics, civic, and other current event issues. Members have common bonds in civility, respectful and frank dialog and discussion, and commitment to making their community and lives better through differing points of view, knowledge, and information sharing. As a nonpartisan organization, Flagler Tiger Bay Club does not endorse candidates or take sides on issues.

The club ensures the stability of its nonpartisanship organization through a Board of Directors made up equally of democrats, republicans, and non-party affiliates. No one party has control of executive leadership or the board. The Flagler Tiger Bay Board of Directors include; John Birney, John Brady, Cindy Dalecki, Greg Davis, Frank DeAngelo, Rebecca DeLorenzo, Ed Fuller, Awilda Hamilton, Howard Holley, Mark Langello, Don Madden, Jake Scully, Lea Stokes, Helga van Eckert and Gary Walsh.

About Tiger Bay Clubs

The first Tiger Bay Club was founded in Miami Florida in 1964.  Stephen Paul Ross, a political consultant, led the group that founded Tiger Bay.  It was founded as a nonpartisan political club. Through a loose affiliation, Tiger Bay has grown to over 20 clubs in Florida.

About Kaiti Lenhart

Kaiti Lenhart is a Florida native, born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. She has been administering elections since 2009 with the Flagler County Elections Office. She was appointed Supervisor of Elections by the Governor of Florida on January 9, 2015, and elected by majority vote during a Universal Primary Contest in August 2016.

As Supervisor of Elections, Kaiti Lenhart performs her duties with a working knowledge of the Florida Election Code (Chapters 97-106, Florida Statutes) in all areas of Elections Administration. She is a Florida Certified Elections Professional and has conducted or assisted with conducting a total of thirty (30) Federal, state, local and municipal elections in Flagler County.

She is a very active member of the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections (FSASE) and is currently serving on two committees within the organization to improve the voting experience for citizens across the State of Florida.

Prior to her service in local government, Kaiti began her career as a graphic designer and web developer nearly 20 years ago. She owned her own business as a freelance designer for over seven years, providing web development and graphic design services to non-profits and small businesses.

About Pat Rice

Pat Rice has been the editor of The News-Journal since 2010, and has been a journalist since 1984. He grew up in Wisconsin, and is a rabid Green Bay Packers fan. His career as a reporter and editor took him to a number of states before he arrived in Florida in 2004 as editor of the Northwest Florida Daily News in Fort Walton Beach. Rice is a political independent, and in dozens of debates he's moderated over the past 25 years, he always tries to ask issue-based questions. He's also a pretty good political handicapper, and in the most recent election he won the newsroom pool by picking the most winners.
