Ostium Partners Announces Investment in Foote Title Group

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Oct. 29, 2018 - PRLog -- Ostium Partners ("Ostium"), a Chapel Hill, NC-based private investment firm, and Foote Title Group ("Foote"), a leading Mid-Atlantic title insurance agency, announced today that an affiliate of Ostium has acquired a majority interest in Foote.

Founded in 1986, Foote provides title insurance and real estate closing services to protect buyers, lenders, and sellers. Paul Yurashevich will be joining the management team and together with Foote's prior majority owner, Connie Fuksa, will help guide Foote through next stage of its growth. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
