PHOENIX - Oct. 29, 2018 - PRLog -- Female entrepreneurs are invited to learn tips about winning global business at a Nov. 1 Rise Up! Workshop presented by the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). The workshop is part of NAWBO's Rise Up! Program to promote diversity and inclusion.

The Nov. 1 workshop (9:30 to 11:30 a.m.) will deal with real issues that business women face pertaining to accessing big opportunities.  "The three panel members for the workshop have proven it is possible for all women to secure high paying, international business opportunities," explains Phaedra Earhart, NAWBO Rise Up! Program Chair. "They will be sharing the secrets, tips, and tools that female entrepreneurs need to secure international contracts. The mission of this session is to explore options for female entrepreneurs to apply for, bid on and gain business on a global scale."

Tish Times and Laurie Battaglia, Rise Up! Facilitators, listed a few of the topics to be discussed:

·         Getting the big projects and getting paid well to do them;

·         Stepping out of your comfort zone;

·         Looking successful versus being successful; and

·         Fitting your business into your life instead of fitting your life into your business.

The free Nov. 1 NAWBO Rise Up! Workshop will be held at the Maricopa Small Business Development Center, 108 N. 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Reserve or get additional information online at https://www.nawbo.org/phoenix/events/rise-tips-win-global-business .
