TORONTO - Oct. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- Suppy, a Toronto-based e-commerce startup, announced the launch of its direct-to-consumer protein powder today. Founded by two young entrepreneurs who were tired of overpaying for protein powder, Suppy circumvents traditional channels to provide premium, Canadian-made protein powder at fraction of the retail price.

"Protein powder companies are stuck in the nineties with bulky packaging, ridiculous branding, and convoluted supply chains", says co-founder, Tom Honor. "We set out to fix this by taking a simplified and modern approach to something that hasn't changed in years".

Workout supplements traditionally pass through layers of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers before making their way onto store shelves. Suppy creates cost savings for its customers by streamlining its supply chain with locally-sourced product and simplified packaging.

Suppy prides itself on its simplified and deliberate approach to everything it does. With only 2 flavours and a single product line, this startup is confident that its minimalist approach will be enough to make big changes in an outdated industry.

Suppy whey protein powder launches on October 29th in Canada. Chocolate and vanilla flavours are available online in 2 lbs bags at suppy.ca.
