DJ Van Keuren Named a Top 10 US Family Office Real Estate Professional by Family Capital

DENVER - Oct. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- DJ Van Keuren, Vice President at Beverly Hills-based Hayman Family Office, was recently named a Top 10 US Real Estate Professional at a Family Office by Family Capital.  This comes on the back of being named among the Top 30 Real Estate Investors at a Family Office by Trusted Insight and the nomination of two other awards for Best in Industry Awards from the Family Wealth Alliance.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, and fund management, Mr. Van Keuren was the Managing Director of the American Dream Fund; a fund positioned to be the first Single Family REIT. He is also responsible for underwriting of more than $2 billion in real estate assets over the last ten years.

Mr. Van Keuren is a well-known figure within real estate and family offices circles, and is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, He is the author of the book "Real Estate Investing for Family Offices," founder of the Family Office Real Estate Institute (an educational website for family offices and real estate) and The Family Office Real Estate Magazine. He is a frequent speaker at family office conferences around the around the US, Mexico, and the UK.

Mr. Van Keuren has also written for Forbes, Family Office Elite, Real Asset Advisor, National Real Estate Investor, and Private Wealth. He is an editorial board member for Real Asset Advisor Magazine, a publication of Institutional Investor, a member of the advisory board at PERE, Funding Tree, a Blockchain Distributed Ledger Technology & Smart Contracts for Commercial Real Estate transactions, the past President of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization and a prior Board Member for the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard.

Mr. Van Keuren received his B.A. from Ball State University, did graduate studies in Real Estate at NYU Schack Real Estate Institute, and received his Master's Degree from Harvard University in Management and Finance.
