Taking diners on a gastro journey, from Spain to Thailand and Italy to India, not forgetting local and regional Mexican cuisine, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa and TRS Coral Hotel will feature a carefully curated selection of restaurants set around 'The Village' that links the two hotels along with shops, bars and recreation areas.

Guests of the family-friendly Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa will have access to nine top-quality restaurants, suitable for the whole family and elevating the 'all-inclusive' concept to a new level, Infinite Indulgence©. Portofino (Italian), Chang Thai (Thai), Sumptuori (Japanese) and Boghali (Indian) will transport guests to faraway lands, while La Adelita will offer authentic Mexican flavours with local and regional specialities. El Dorado is the resort's à la carte steakhouse and Grand Palladium will feature international dishes.

Guests at the adults-only TRS Coral Hotel will have access to a further five à la carte restaurants from which to choose, so they can take advantage of the exclusive 'Dine Around' concept during their stay. TRS Coral Hotel guests have access to all facilities at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, where they will be offered unlimited and preferential access.

Among the exclusive TRS Coral Hotel restaurant offering, guests will enjoy the elegant and sophisticated La Bohème, which will exude the feel of a Parisian bistro with classic French recipes such as steak tartare, French onion soup and foie gras, accompanied by a bottle of Champagne, Bourgogne or Bordeaux from its ample wine cellar. Diners will have a lesson in Spanish gastronomy and culture at Tapeo, where tapas and other traditional dishes will be found.
