Two highly respected names from the global technology industry have launched an innovative talent search company, and believe their unique perspective as "poachers turned gamekeepers" will provide invaluable assistance to help clients find the right hires to take hi-tech companies to the next level.

Infinite Search and Consultancy Ltd, www.infinitesearch.co.uk, a UK based company, is the brainchild of two experienced senior digital professionals – Shane McCarthy and Karen Arch - and will focus on finding talent for technology and emerging technology companies including sectors such as Digital TV, Bio-Medical, AI, IoT, Cyber Security, Finntech and Gaming.

Both Infinite Search owners have spent decades on the other side of the international "recruitment fence" so are equipped to know how to deliver value. Co-founder Shane McCarthy acquired academic and business university degrees in UK, before spending more than 15 years operating at senior management board level for UK and Chinese listed companies. During that time, he played critical roles in delivering solutions and services to operators and broadcasters throughout the globe, including as President, International, for Pace Plc. He left Pace in 2015 and formed Caldero Ltd. This was then sold to Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology Company in 2016.

Internationally experienced, she has a successful track record of managing large scale Change Programmes, leading people strategies and developing multi-site international teams in truly global organisations. She has concentrated on sourcing and building key talent within various industries including, technology, financial, retail, FMCG, property, and manufacturing.
