Psychological Associates Celebrates 60th Anniversary in Business

ST. LOUIS - Oct. 17, 2018 - PRLog -- Psychological Associates (PA), a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, celebrates a milestone of 60 years in business.

Company cofounders V.R. Buzzotta, Ph.D. and Robert Lefton, Ph.D. met as students at Washington University.  They both believed that – by using empirically validated data measurements with an emphasis on objective, observable behavior – greater business results could be achieved.  Six decades later, Psychological Associates has grown to serve thousands of organizations and tens of thousands of executives based throughout the world.

Dr. Lefton is currently the CEO of Psychological Associates, and Ann Buzzotta, daughter of the late Dr. Buzzotta, is the co-owner of the company which has 37 employees.  Current clients include Bayer HealthCare, Bloomingdale's, Centene Corporation, Emerson, Maritz, Price Chopper, and Wabash National.
