Pages & Pairings: A Book/Wine Pairing Private Event

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - Oct. 16, 2018 - PRLog -- Jan-Carol Publishing, Inc. is proud to join Abingdon Vineyards & Winery (under new ownership) for this one-night premier event, Pages & Pairings.

This event will take place on Saturday, November 10 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Abingdon Vineyards & Winery will introduce six (6) wine tastings with heavy hors d'oeuvres, paired with six (6) books written by local authors.

Pages & Pairings will include authors, Bev Freeman, Kathleen Jacobs, Michael Grindstaff, Willie Dalton, and Teresa Jewell, as well as a collection of Appalachian Short Stories.

Also, get acquainted with the new owners of Abingdon Vineyards & Winery, Elizabeth and Loren Gardner. Hear their unique story in relocating to the area.

Purchase your tickets online at www.abingdonvineyards.com. Tickets are $30 per person and include six (6) wine tastings, heavy appetizers, and the authors' presentations. Wine and books will be available for purchase at the event.
