Follow on Google News | Adoptable Dogs Receive Personal Publicists, Thanks to MaddieLive Love Animal Rescue Launches New "Woof Agents" Program For Long Beach Foster Dogs
By: Live Love Animal Rescue Foster dogs in the program will be assigned a volunteer "Woof Agent," who will develop a marketing campaign complete with photo shoot, creative biography, and online and print advertising placements to put the dog's personality on display. This program will help Live Love Animal Rescue find homes for nearly 200 Long Beach foster dogs this year and will allow the organization to save the lives of more homeless dogs. "Each year we rescue nearly 200 Long Beach dogs, but there are many more homeless pets in our community who need help finding homes," said Emily Ann Ghosh, the founder and president of Live Love Animal Rescue. "Woof Agents will help us save more lives by finding adoptive homes for deserving dogs already in our care. For every dog that finds a home through this program, we can rescue another homeless Long Beach dog in need." "Dogs like our sweet German Shepherd Bella will benefit from this program, which will help find her a home more quickly," said Angela Robinson, the Live Love Animal Rescue volunteer in charge of the Woof Agents program. "Our volunteers see these dogs every day and learn about their quirky, fun, and loving personalities. Thanks to Maddie, our Woof Agents will share Bella's personality with the public so that her future family can fall in love with her just like we have. Many Long Beach dogs will live out the rest of their lives in loving homes thanks to Maddie." Members of the public are invited to join the team of volunteer Woof Agents! Volunteers will take dogs' photos, write biographies, post marketing materials online, and propose creative ideas to help dogs get adopted. Contact Angela Robinson, Lead Woof Agent, at angela@liveloveanimalrescue.org or call (213) 282-PAWS to get involved.
