This company is a full service real estate 100% brokerage firm. They currently have over 500 agents working on commission for both real estate sales and rentals throughout the Chicagoland area. The firm provides its agents with a personalized website and email marketing system, private rental database, one-on-one training sessions and more. They pay all brokers 100% on all sales with a fixed transaction fee.

The current owner is largely absentee and the business is operated by a tenured management team.  There are opportunities to expand geographically into the surrounding states and to increase the focus on the property management segment of the firm. The owner is willing to provide training and transition to any new owner.
