Transforming Property Solutions Hires Intern from Seminole County Public Schools Internship Program

SANFORD, Fla. - Oct. 8, 2018 - PRLog -- Transforming Property Solutions (TPS) announces their newest hire.  This newest addition to their staff is a high school student from the Seminole County Public School District who worked with TPS over the summer from June through August. This student was initially selected to intern from the expo held by Seminole County Public Schools internship expo in October of 2017. The candidate was selected by TPS through a series of interviews and was later hired by TPS.  She was well rounded and had great communication skills far above other candidates. The internship itself was deemed successful and resulted in the intern receiving a part time position at TPS. "I am so excited about this new opportunity," the intern, now new employee stated, "the people that I work with are very flexible and aware of school and the work load that accompanies it."

The skills gained from working at TPS will give this student a base for work experience and future real-world exposure into the real estate industry. "This opportunity will help me learn more responsibility and prepare for future job opportunities by helping me understand the structure of a job and the conduct required to be successful", the student stated. The student's work tasks will include writing website blogs and press releases as she has been doing all along in the internship.  She will also contribute to coming up with ideas for weekly themes, social media posts, and blog posts.

When asked about her experience so far with TPS and the experience that she expects to gain, she stated that she expects to learn how to work as a team, communicate in a work environment, and conduct herself in a more professional manner while working at TPS. These are all necessary aspects of joining the workforce.  They are essential to the success of candidates applying for future job opportunities. "I am grateful for the fact that communication with the company owner, Al Gibbons, is wonderful and that everyone is so understanding of last minute situations and homework loads."

More about TPS:

TPS is reaching more potential investors through social media, using it to network with other people in the real estate industry. The intern will play a large part in creating social media posts and digging deeper into understanding what content gets more attention, clicks, and traffic. She will also now help draft posts and brainstorm content for the purpose of social media content curation. Together, the TPS team is working to create weekly themes and creating blogs to inform customers about a variety of real estate topics.

One goal of the company is to inform others about the real estate business through social media marketing, blogging, writing press releases and sending regular email newsletters.  The company has posted many website blogs about real estate investing, being involved in the community, and anything with the housing industry. One example is a blog recently posted by TPS about how to stage a house which included tips, tricks, and the most effective way to do so. Another example is one entitled "Real Estate Shortage in Central Florida" which includes details regarding the shortage of homes, why there is a shortage, and how TPS is helping to solve these problems. These blogs can be found on online at: www.transformingpropertysolutions.com.

of the team at  TPS prides themselves on is high quality work that reflects the mission of the company and depict its involvement within the real estate industry. Though TPS is focused mainly on renovating, wholesaling, and selling real estate, it strives to reach and provide information on every small detail of it. Not only is TPS making these changes and renovating homes, they are providing consumer information to further educate current home owners and potential home buyers.

TPS is giving opportunities to high school students to expose them to a real world work environment, hold them accountable and engage them in the process of marketing a business using electronic media.  Offering this type of internship gives students the experience that can be used later in life while giving them the opportunity to earn school credit while doing so.
