Jonathan Kirk, Kirk Home Group
- Oct. 8, 2018
-- Top producing agent Jonathan Kirk just transitioned his business, The Kirk Home Group, to Keller Williams Legacy – the #1 producing real estate office in Maryland.
Jon chose to move his business to KW Legacy because of the brokerage's focus and track record of success in agent productivity, growth, and leadership development. In addition to moving his team to the company, Jon has also joined KW Legacy's Executive Leadership Team as a Productivity Coach.
As a Productivity Coach, Jon will be coaching and training KW Legacy associates to increase their productivity and profitability. "This is my opportunity to be a catalyst for extracting peak performance from the agents I coach," he said. "My mission is to help our agents realize their full potential and carry out our company's mission of Transforming Lives Through Real Estate."
"The people and the environment I work with directly affect the level of success I experience in my life and my business," said Jon. "I have worked autonomously and done well, yet I have learned I must be surrounded by powerful leaders to thrive. Being in a physical environment with the highest producing, hardest training agents in the state & the most accomplished leadership in the country is already fueling my growth and long-term mission to coach and empower the agents around me to grow. I am so grateful to be home at KW Legacy!"
"We're proud and excited to be in business with Jon," said Seth Campbell, Keller Williams Legacy's Operating Principal. "With a massive track record of success as a Realtor and business builder, Jon is a perfect fit for Legacy's growth-oriented culture. His partnership with Legacy is the natural next step in his evolution as a leader, business builder, and coach."
Tina Beliveau, Keller Williams Legacy's Managing Director, added: "I am thrilled to be working in close partnership with Jon to elevate The Kirk Home Group to its next level of success while simultaneously pouring his incredible energy, expertise, and passion to serve right back into our agents. Jon has a huge heart and I know he will make an incredible difference in the success of our agents. We've already gotten started and the energy is palpable!"
Jon's transition from eXp Realty to KW Legacy is a surprise to many. Spending the first 7 years of his career at KW shaped his mindset, habits, and disciplines, and after a relatively brief time at a cloud-based company, he discovered that being in an isolated environment without physical access to KW leadership, top producing colleagues, and technology was extremely limiting for his growth goals and personal fulfillment. Jon found that spending even more time behind a computer screen and less time physically connecting with powerful professionals was extremely detrimental to his energy and results.
Jon has seven years of experience selling real estate in the Baltimore metro, with over 300 homes sold in this time. He built The Kirk Home Group as his business rapidly expanded, and the company serves buyers, sellers and investors. Jon is passionate about making an impact - in his family, community, and business. "I thrive by making an impact on others and advocating on their behalf, guiding them in accomplishing their goals," he said. Jon lives in Lutherville-
Timonium with his wife, Deona, and his two sons, Rockland (2) and Lincoln (3).
