Woodside Health Announces Sale of the Jetton Medical Park, Cornelius (Charlotte), NC

CLEVELAND - Oct. 5, 2018 - PRLog -- Woodside Health (http://www.woodsidehealth.com/) is pleased to announce the sale of the Jetton Medical Park, which consists of two Class A medical office buildings in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The buildings are located at 19475 & 19485 Old Jetton Road in Cornelius. The property, which has approximately 45,000 square feet, is anchored by medical practices affiliated with Novant Health, an integrated healthcare organization with more than 500 locations. Woodside Health acquired the buildings in May 2012.

This is the second portfolio sale for Woodside Health, the medical office building acquisition and management firm with properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
