He is recognized as an expert in these subjects by AIA and DBIA and spoken and presented on topics related to these methods. In particular, his latest emphasis has been on the identification and mitigation of risk in P3 delivery, identifying cost impacts, and advising on the long term facility management and budget implications, as well as appropriateness for each clients' project needs.
