SARA WOLKWITZ, Executive VP at RewardJet, is a STEVIE® AWARDS for Women in Business Honoree

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Oct. 4, 2018 - PRLog -- Sara Quintanilla Wolkwitz, Executive Vice President at RewardJet, was named a Finalist in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Services –10 or Less Employees category in the 15th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run – worldwide.  The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world's premier business awards.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year.

Sara originally joined the RewardJet family in 2016.  She was a single, divorced mother who had been out of the workforce for a decade, with no promising job opportunities to speak of.  The two RewardJet founders saw a smart woman with a good head on her shoulders, great work ethics, and a lot of potential she was barely recognizing herself.  They saw a courageous woman who shared their ideal and was willing to take a big risk to pursue it.  They also saw a woman who was willing to give them a chance, so they decided to give her a chance. In two short years, Sara has thrived at RewardJet.  She initially started to help develop partnerships for the company - something that she quickly excelled at. This was a critical role for RewardJet and just this year, Sara became the Vice President of Partnerships and is now an Executive Vice President and a partner in RewardJet.  She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of nearly every aspect of the company. RewardJet is growing fast.  Being an executive there is no small feat, and neither is being the only female executive there.  "We are so proud of Sara's accomplishments and would like to congratulate her warmly for being a Stevie® Awards Honoree. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 200 business professionals around the world, working on five juries.  Their scores will also determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements that will be revealed at the 15^th annual awards dinner and presentations in New York. "In its fifteenth year, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business received a record number of nominations. With the new Women|Future Conference preceding the announcement of winners on November 16, it will be a day to celebrate the achievements of working women around the world," said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards.  "We're looking forward to recognizing the Stevie Award winners next month."
