Daniel Livingston Joins Schwope Brothers Tree Farms as Production Manager

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Oct. 2, 2018 - PRLog -- DCA Outdoor has announced that Daniel Livingston has joined the Production Team at Schwope Brothers Tree Farms in the role of Production Manager.

Livingston's knowledge and experience as a Certified Nursery Professional will help drive the continued growth and industry innovations that Schwope Brothers offers.  His responsibilities will include managing the quality and consistency of the product lines at the Schwope Brothers Tree Farm located outside of Independence, Missouri.

"When I met Daniel for the first time several years ago, it only took me ten minutes to like the way he thinks, how his farm looked, and who he was.  He reminds me of myself because he is taking over a job at Schwope Brothers Farms that I developed for myself," said Tory Schwope, CEO and founder of DCA Outdoor.  "He has the ability to understand the marketplace, trees, equipment, farming, and he is such a positive communicator that I knew he would be a perfect fit for our company."

Livingston is a second-generation nurseryman who, following in his father's footsteps, worked and managed Fox Ridge Nursery of Harvard, Illinois.  He brings an abundance of knowledge about wholesale production of field grown, deciduous and flowering shrubs, fruit, shade, and ornamental trees and evergreens.  His robust background in field production and nursery management perfectly aligns with the vision of Schwope Brothers, which continues to be an industry leader.
