Edward Jones Named One of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials

DEWITT, Mich. - Oct. 1, 2018 - PRLog -- Financial-services firm Edward Jones  was recognized as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials in the country by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine.

Edward Jones ranked the No. 3 best workplace for millennials, a generation defined from the early 1981 through 2001.

The ranking considered input from more than 434,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.

Edward Jones and the 99 other companies were selected based on the evaluations of nearly 90,000 millennial-aged employees who were surveyed using the Trust Index©, Great Place to Work's employee assessment survey. The 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials is part of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work® and Fortune based entirely on employee surveys from published Great Place to Work® Reviews.
