ATLANTA - Sept. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- The Orange Conference, a world-class event for entire family ministry teams, will be held May 1-3, 2019, in Atlanta. Entering its 12th year, the conference is on track to gather over 8,000 key ministry influencers—senior, NextGen, student, children's, and preschool leaders, along with volunteers—to learn how to have a greater impact on the faith and character of the next generation.

This year's theme, "It's Personal," delves into the idea that there's a reason some volunteers have a deeper commitment, some parents engage at a more practical level, some ministries make a greater impact, some churches have a wider influence, and some leaders leave a lasting mark. These things happen when they make it personal, so the event will focus on helping leaders change how their church sees its community, which will, in turn, change how the community see the church.

For over a decade, family ministry teams have convened at this innovative conference because they've discovered that it's a powerful experience to be surrounded by other leaders who care about kids in the same way. With almost 8,000 in attendance last year, it's clear that Orange is on to something.

Ministry leaders come, and bring their teams, to hear innovative ideas, discover resources to help them do their jobs better, network with peers, spend time together, and have fun. And with a series of main stage keynotes as well as over 100 breakouts based on specific ministry roles and topics, people will certainly hear the messages they need most.

The Orange Conference presents leaders with a way to engage in a relationally-driven model for the Church. This is because the entire event is based on the Orange Strategy which seeks to align the heart of the family (red) with the light of the church (yellow). Orange believes that when leaders and parents partner to influence a child, it always makes a greater impact in their personal faith.

While most information centers around family ministry, that is birth through high school, those who lead adults and marriage ministries will also find breakouts relevant to them. This is yet another reason that entire ministry teams come to The Orange Conference. There is something for just about everyone. Additionally, many in attendance may utilize Orange's curriculum, but that is not a prerequisite, and groups who do not still return again and again due to the numerous benefits.

A diverse group of educators, pastors, and professional leaders will provide practical insights for helping leaders improve how they do ministry and grow as a leader. In fact, a few of the incredible speakers already announced for 2019 include: Bob Goff, Danielle Strickland, Doug Fields, Kara Powell, Carlos Whittaker, Sam Collier, Ryan Leak, Mike Foster, and Reggie Joiner. And on September 27th, Orange will be hosting a special unveiling of the speaker lineup, as well as providing new information about the event at TheOrangeConference.com.

Those interested in attending the event are also reminded of two, additional opportunities for themselves or their team. The first is YOU LEAD Day, which occurs during the morning and afternoon prior to the main event and is a chance to participate in four more breakouts. The second is Rethink Leadership, an exclusive event for senior pastors, which takes place across the street from Orange Conference, and allows executive and senior staff to obtain information relevant to them in a unique and peer-focused setting.

Registration opens October 18th. For one day only, people can save $90 off regular rates plus get insider first access to breakouts, which have sold out the past few years. For more information, please visit TheOrangeConference.com.

Anyone not able to attend The Orange Conference 2019 in person may still watch parts of the event through a live stream experience, which drew over 23,000 viewers last year. Live stream information will be released in April 2019.
