Azureient Corporation Moves to Colorado

BOULDER, Colo. - Sept. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Azureient Corporation, a multi-conglomerate holding company, has announced its reincorporation in the State of Colorado. The company was formerly located in Florida, but has decided to change venues and head west. The company filed its new Articles of Incorporation on September 26, 2018, and the organization became effective on September 27th.

CEO CJ Fernandes states "This move is great for the company and the State of Colorado. We are excited to call the Rockies our home, and look forward to a long term commitment in the state."

Azureient has left Florida, but this move will have no economic or employment impact on the state. As of today, the company website is undergoing renovations to include and reflect the new changes coming up to the company.

Azureient will be relocating all of its business units to new offices to be announced sometime in early 2019. The company is looking to locate to new facilities next year; the location has yet to be determined.
