ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Sept. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- OurSeniors.net is excited to welcome Volusia Flagler Family YMCA to the approved network of senior-friendly organizations. The nonprofit organization has been growing and changing to meet the needs of the surrounding community for nearly 100 years. Started in 1919, the first facility opened in 1922 in Daytona Beach. Today, there are six locations throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. The sites are situated to support both coastal and inland residents. Facilities are located in Holly Hill, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, Edgewater, DeLand, and Deltona.

One of the most popular YMCA locations is in DeLeon Springs, home to YMCA Camp Winona, a 68-acre facility in the woods. Camp Winona is best known for the beautiful spring fed lake.
