Modeled after the internationally- Civic Center is undergoing expansive changes that will breathe new life into the City's central civic spaces. The Winter Park will join a host of new attractions and amenities, including the Helen Diller Civic Center Playground, the Civic Center Street Café operated by Bi-Rite, Heart of the City Farmers' Market and Off the Grid food truck market, and more. Willy Bietak Productions is working closely with San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department to make Civic Center a family-friendly holiday destination. These include the Tenderloin Community Benefit Program, which will invite each child attending public school (grades K–12) in the Tenderloin district to experience the Winter Park free of charge, as well as several programs benefiting homeless and low-income neighbors.
