Freedom Boat Club's 3rd Annual "End of Summer Lake Bash" Raises $1,500 for Big Brothers Big Sisters

CORNELIUS, N.C. - Sept. 24, 2018 - PRLog -- Freedom Boat Club of Lake Norman knows how to party in style while staying true to their charitable marketing partner, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas.  On Sunday, September 23rd, Freedom Boat Club hosted their 3rd Annual End of Summer Lake Bash from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  The community event, Co-Sponsored by Douglas Marion of Advanced Wealth Strategies, was free and open to the public.

More than 250 people enjoyed FREE food and barbeque with all the fixings, craft beer, wine, inflatables, boat rides, live acoustic music on the waterfront lawn, and a charity raffle from participating local businesses which raised $1,500 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolina's, whose mission is to provide children with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.  Freedom Boat Club Lake Norman is also an annual sponsor of Big Day at the Lake, providing "Littles" the opportunity to enjoy boating and lake activities that they might not otherwise have.
