Joshua Tree Restaurant & Bar Opens to Public with Costume Party

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. - Sept. 24, 2018 - PRLog -- Residents of the Morongo Basin should prepare for a new flavor in town. Joshua Tree Restaurant & Bar, located inside the Rodeway Inn and Suites hotel, has opened its doors to the public, and is welcoming new diners with a costume party.

The restaurant enjoyed a soft opening in July 2017 and will be ready for its grand opening on October 26, 2018 from 6:00-10:00 p.m. Costumes are highly encouraged. Attendees will enjoy discounted drinks and a specialty "sampler" menu, allowing diners to taste several restaurant staples as well as new seasonal menu items.

The menu includes many pub favorites, such as loaded cheese fries, hot wings and steak burgers as well as specialty items including our barbeque chicken breast burger and loaded street tacos.

Executive Chef Akshay Khetani has been with the restaurant since its inception, and moonlights as a freelance drummer for various artists. In 2016, he left Orange County to bring his expertise and unique flavors to the Morongo Basin. "I decided to bring my passion for the restaurant industry to the desert oasis of Twentynine Palms. I was drawn to the Joshua Tree area after spending most of my life in chaos of Anaheim; it was literally a breath of fresh air when I arrived here, and I immediately knew this was where I wanted to grow my business.

I've gotten to know the local community and have found that they love our carefully chosen California-brewed beer selections and our organic California wines, all selected to compliment our fresh, never frozen food. I hope to get to meet more members of our community and hope all enjoy the unique and relaxing dining experience, with exceptional customer service we are striving to provide".

Joshua Tree Restaurant and Bar is a neighborhood pub-style restaurant, perfect for meeting up with friends to eat, drink and mingle.
