The Small Business Insurance provider invited me to get a fresh look at the Workers Compensation policy engine from the ground up. It was an unusual yet cool experience to see things from inside the belly of the engine. As Insurance Agents we typically sit on the other side of software said Emmanuel Osuyah, Alpha Direct Agency's Founder.

My favorite part was watching them write code to move things around based on my feedback in real time. It felt like I possessed a super power for the hour long session. The product should hit the market shortly and I can't wait to see it at play in the real world.
