PALM COAST, Fla. - Sept. 21, 2018 - PRLog -- Margaret Sheehan Jones, a CCIM at Parkside Realty Group in their commercial division, has brokered the sale of the 1,735 sq. ft. office building located at 7 Boulder Rock Drive in Palm Coast for $300K. The building is located just north of Outback and the new Mattresses 2 Go.

"At first the owner asked me to locate a tenant, but I ended up finding a buyer," said Margaret Sheehan Jones. "Dr. Patricia Modad purchased one of the buildings, making it all medical occupants now. Dr. Modad replaces a bank tenant to make three dental service offices, and now an obstetrician-gynecologist," she added.

The building was built in 2006 and owned by dentists Dr. Gene Rhee, Dr. Oscar Morejon, and Dr.'s Manne and Borer. Dr. Modad is currently renting a space at 50 Leanni Way in Palm Coast and plans on moving in to her new building soon.
