MCKINNEY, Texas - Sept. 19, 2018 - PRLog -- One of my most memorable experiences as a hospital executive occurred in Chicago, IL. It was the day I was introduced to my executive coach. To be honest, I was rather uncomfortable at first not knowing what to expect. However, it didn't take long for me to cherish our monthly meeting because I was growing immensely.

Growth is a product of exposure. Unfortunately, most people don't have access to the exposure necessary to fulfill the desires in their hearts. Although I switched careers from hospital executive to seed vc almost 10 years ago I still have a coach. My most recent coaching session was so impactful that I thought I would share so that others can have some of the exposure I've been so blessed with over the years.

The world class has abandoned any notion or belief that one race, creed or color is any better then the next. They openly embrace ideas and consider ideology from people of different generations, cultures, an philosophies, knowing that every one of us has something to contribute. They embrace diversity, because they are filled with a spirit-based thought process that is devoid of ego, pretense and fear. Simply stated, the world looks very different when viewed through the eyes of love.
