Wendy Pease - President, Rapport International

Wendy Pease is owner of Rapport International, a company that eliminates spoken and written language barriers around the world by offering multilingual marketing communications in 200+ languages. Services include translation, interpretation, multilingual marketing, cultural adaptation and global English writing. Prior to this, she served in corporate senior management positions in international marketing and business development. She has an MBA from Dartmouth College, and a BA in Foreign Service from Penn State. Wendy has lived in Mexico, Taiwan and the Philippines and is passionate about languages, cultures and communications.

Chris Grasso is an award-winning consultant & global business development executive, with a 25-year record of sales excellence and long term relationship building. Chris's career path propelled him to work with over 100 of the Fortune 500 Companies across diverse industries and widespread global geographies.

Chris currently holds the position of Vice President, Business Development for TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC where he manages a $20.5m portfolio of agency prospects, while providing expert consultancy on various recruitment solutions such as: Employer Branding, Digital Recruitment Marketing, Social Media, SEO, SEM, ROI Tracking (SAAS), Sourcing Strategies, College & Graduate Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention and Employee Referral Programs, to name a few.

Rob O'Keefe - VP, Brand Strategy, TMP Worldwide

With 30 years of advertising and marketing experience, Rob is TMP Worldwide's senior employer brand management practitioner, having successfully led engagements for organizations of all sizes, from local to global, in categories ranging from finance to government to non-profit.

A few of the organizations that he has worked with include Disney, Edward Jones, HP, Lilly, McKesson, Monsanto, Nestle, P&G, Thermo Fisher Scientific, UTMB, VMware, and Walmart.

Over the years Rob has been a featured speaker at events sponsored by the Conference Board, Canada's Top 100 Employers, IQPC, HR NY, HR Connections, hr.com, NESHCO, Information Technology Association of Canada, and the Human Capital Institute, was a contributing author to On Staffing: Expert Advice From HR Leaders, published by John Wiley & Sons, has been published in Advertising Age, and authored several white papers devoted exclusively to the concept and practice of employer brand development. Rob is a graduate of Emerson College, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications.

Tom Porell - Area SVP, Gallagher

Thomas Porell is an Area Senior Vice President at Gallagher and spends his day working with companies to become Destination Employers. Tom focuses on developing effective strategies to help his clients achieve their human capital management goals. Tom joined the Gallagher team in March of 2014 when he and his partners sold their brokerage firm, Tudor Risk Services, to Gallagher. Tom attended Boston College where he majored in History and Economics and played football. Currently, he serves as the President of Littleton Football and Cheer and he coaches the 8th grade Littleton Football team. Over the past "long time" he's coached youth and high school sports including football, lacrosse and softball.
