By: LDJ Capital
The MOU signing ceremony will take place at the DREAM CHAIN Alliance Booth during the Real Estate Blockchain Expo (RBE) in Seoul, South Korea at 3:00 P.M. on September 20, 2018.
LDJ Capital Chairman David Drake will participate at the MOU signing ceremony with DREAM CHAIN's executives including COO Richard Bak. More recently, David Drake is also seen as a leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency. He saw the value of digital assets when it was yet unpopular. It all started in 2011 when Drake collaborated on the JOBS Act to create new laws underlying all fundraising in the U.S. for all ICOs. He runs a $200M LDJ Cayman Fund focused on cryptocurrency, mining, and ICO acquisitions. LDJ Capital Credit also offers middle market bridge financing to seed upcoming ICOs. Previously, he held the largest stake as a Managing Partner together with Robert Hambrecht in an Alternative Energy Fund NewCommons Capital 2009-2010.
David Drake said, "I think the DREAM CHAIN platform presents a very innovative use of blockchain tech in real estate. This blockchain platform aims to provide efficient, reliable, and safe transactions in the real estate industry and to help minimize the possibility of fraud in the transactions. The future of blockchain in real estate is very promising."
Dream Global Partners is a real estate blockchain venture company based in Singapore. DREAM CHAIN is a platform intended to incorporate blockchain technology in the global real estate industry.
LDJ Capital Chairman David Drake is one of the speakers in the conference along with Roger Ver, CEO of Bitcoin.com, John Milburn, CTO and Co-Founder of DREAM CHAIN, and Yoon Bu Young, CEO of HDAC Technology AG.
