Summer Hill Films goes to 'Fire Island' with new female driven romantic comedy!
Summer Hill Films LLC, a U.S. distributor and international sales and licensing company, has announced the VOD release of the romantic comedy, Fire Island.
Film is written, produced and directed by Mimi Spiwak Harris. Mimi made her professional debut in 1984 at age 20 playing Gina, in `Il Theatro di Bologna' at Disney's Epcot Center. She has held positions at United Artists Theatre Circuit, Columbia TriStar Television Distribution and Sony Corp. Mimi spent the past 11 years working in commercial real estate. During that time she gave birth to Fire Island, her passion project. In May 2017, she finally quit her day job to pursue her career as an independent artist. Mimi is currently in pre-production for her new film `To the Max!'
The film stars, Carly Brooke who is known for the television series 'Younger' (2016), 'This Is Where I Leave You' (2014), and the Netflix series `Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' (2015).
The film also stars the actor and TV host, Andy Peeke, known for 'How a Man Gets Ready' (2014) and `House Broken' (2016). Amadeo Fusca is known for `Daredevil' (2015), `Boardwalk Empire' (2014), and `A New York Heartbeat' (2012).

'Fire Island,' is now available in North America on VOD from Amazon, Google Play, and Xbox, with DVD coming soon. It will also be available on Amazon UK and internationally licensed through Summer Hill Entertainment which attends all the major film sales markets including EFM, Marché du Film, AFM and Hong Kong Filmart!
