By: Smith Senior Living The hour-long gatherings at both life plan communities will be open to questions and comments from the assembled group about the various stages of cognitive loss. After the meetings, light refreshments will be served. On Tuesday, Oct. 2, social service director of long-term care Diane Morgan will welcome guest Dr. Michael Thomas, a former Smith Village medical director. He will speak on ageing and answer questions about dementia. The meeting will be at Smith Village, 2320 W. 113th Place in Chicago.
