Popular Omaha Hotel Finishes Major Renovation

OMAHA, Neb. - Sept. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- Kansas City based GL Investments Hospitality Division has acquired and completed a top to bottom renovation of the Comfort Inn Omaha Zoo. GLI purchased the property in June of 2017, its 2nd Omaha Hotel (the 402 Hotel-Downtown was purchased in 2016). The renovation of the 1985 built property encompassed new guestroom finishings, including carpet, paint, lighting, window treatments, bedding and artwork.

In addition to the guest room improvements, the hallways were updated and the lobby was completely transformed.  Check in pods replaced the dated front desk and new seating, lighting, artwork, flooring and front doors await guests.  In addition, the parking lot was resurfaced and top-of-the-line Wi-Fi was added to the entire complex. Finally, the patio was updated with shade structures, seating and family games complimenting the inviting family friendly indoor pool area.
