Newest Residential Project at Emaar Beachfront Launches

BUSINESS BAY, UAE - Sept. 12, 2018 - PRLog -- Dubai's property development giant, Emaar, has had an excellent start to the year with the launch of Emaar Beachfront, a stunning resort and residential development that will be part of the new Dubai Harbour project. Emaar Beachfront is expected to be home to 27 residential towers, in addition to luxury beach hotels and a wide variety of leisure activities built around a waterfront lifestyle.

The first two towers to launch on the gated island community were Beach Vista and Sunrise Bay. Both were met with high acclaim and scored big with both end users and investors. Offering well-designed and attractively priced units stamped with the famous Emaar brand, it hardly comes as a surprise that both projects proved to be so immensely popular. Toward the end of last month, the newest residential tower in the community was announced – Marina Vista.

Marina Vista comprises a selection of apartments available in one to four-bedroom layouts, with views over the Arabian Sea and the skyline of Dubai Marina. Emaar Beachfront is spread over an area of 10 million square feet, covering half the area of Dubai Harbour. While it forms the main residential component of the mega project, Dubai Harbour itself will contain plentiful leisure options. It will be home to two cruise terminals with a total capacity of 6,000 passengers each and will also contain the largest yacht marina in the MENA region. Superyachts measuring as much as 85 meters will be able to dock there. One of the key attractions will be the Dubai Lighthouse, a 135-meter tall tower at the southern tip of the island topped by a viewing gallery from which breathtaking 360-degree panoramas can be enjoyed.
