The song describes a relationship between a couple that started out with nothing and slowly started building their life together. Always inspired by those around him, Mikey's prior uplifting single "Helium" was written during a challenging time, when someone very close to him was battling cancer. "Helium" immediately resonated with one million Spotify streams, a feature in a large Hollister clothing ad campaign, a placement in an ABC-TV promo for the ABC app, and a feature in YouTube sensation Devin Supertramp's "Best Year Ever" viral video.
