Having completed their goal with their Kickstarter, Taste of Tea has now moved into the second phase of work: to deliver the teas and fulfil their subscriptions. Bringing these teas around the world and delivering month after month, Taste of Tea is soaring towards their mission: to bring small moments to people's lives one cup at a time. This, of course, has been smoothly accomplished not only with their Kickstarter but with multiple investors, who have come to believe in the subscription box and the young entrepreneur's mission. The subscription has taken a distinctive approach and has delved into the tea community to bring everything needed so that each box satisfies.
Each box that the customer receives will include a stainless steel tea steeper for brewing single cups. The teas themselves will come in an eco-friendly resealable pouch, and include four various types of teas per month, making it so that each person has a great variety to choose from. Each tea will comprise of 15 grams per month, which is enough to brew multiple cups of tea. The best part? Subscriptions are as low as $12 per month, and even less if purchased alongside a year of deliveries.
According to Taste of Tea founder, Cody Wallace, "This is a time when people are reaching out all around the world in a number of different ways – whether through travel or the internet – and I feel like my company will be able to help people taste and experience different cultures via tea. This is something that can create a community, and I'm looking forward to our continued growth." Taste of Tea is a prime example of a young entrepreneur working together with a emergent community to bring about a wonderful idea, and bringing people together not just in their homes, but worldwide.
