CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. - Sept. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Energy efficiency provider and advocate Emilygrene Corp. joined thousands across the nation in supporting the Rise For Climate, Jobs, and Justice march held on September 8 to ensure political and business leaders, along with individual people, prioritize climate change and demand clean energy initiatives.

Members of the Emilygrene Corp. management team participated in the Los Angeles section of the march mobilized by the People's Climate Movement. The company also promoted the event on social media to its clients and online audience to encourage hitting the streets for a noble and necessary cause. The protest attracted over 30,000 people from San Francisco to Baltimore in bringing urgency to the need for energy efficient communities.

According to the People's Climate Movement website, "From Seattle to Miami – and everywhere in-between – activists and nonactivists alike will come together to demonstrate to the world that on this day, and every day, climate matters. Like the National Day of Action in 2015, September 8th is about more than just numbers; it's about telling the story of climate, jobs, and justice; it's about showing that to change everything, it takes everyone – including you; and it's about committing to make climate action a part of the national dialogue in November, in the months that follow, and well into 2019 and 2020."

Emilygrene Corp. Director of Marketing Christopher Razo stated following the march, "This was an exciting event for Emilygrene Corp. to participate in. The People's Climate Movement shares many of our same hopes for a clean energy future, and this march was an opportunity to bring awareness to the need for support from our leaders nationwide to make substantial change. Energy efficiency matters. Making our homes and businesses energy efficient matters. Working together matters."

Earlier in the week, Emilygrene Corp. introduced the EG Street Team as part of its ongoing advocacy efforts that aims to create an online community dedicated to sharing ideas, information, and events like the Rise For Climate, Jobs, and Justice march. Later this year, the Emilygrene Foundation, a non-profit division of Emilygrene Corp., will launch to support the EG Street Team as well as the company's other existing programs such as #GreenerTogether and Community Outreach Partners.

Emilygrene Corp. hopes that its efforts to increase advocacy within the green energy movement coupled with its core upgrade, retrofit, and installation services will help to activate new energy efficiency projects and thereby inspire legislators and fellow businesses to do their part for the environment. By focussing on individual customer needs and the financial benefits involved in upgrading to clean technology, it is the additional emphasis of public demonstrations such as those enacted by the People's Climate Movement that make progress possible.

Emilygrene Corp. is a multi-division installer and promoter of energy efficiency solutions for commercial businesses and residential homes. Through its five core divisions, the clean energy provider combines knowledgeable consultants, innovative designs, expert technicians, and thoughtful advocacy to offer clean technology and financial benefits to home and business owners across the country.
