Texas Traditions Roofing Announces New Roof Maintenance Program

GEORGETOWN, Texas - Sept. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Texas Traditions Roofing, a family owned, residential and commercial roofing company serving Central Texas, announced the launch of its new Roof Maintenance Program to help homeowners care for and clean their roofs with the goal of optimal performance and extending life of their roofing systems.

"We see a lot of roof damage that could have been prevented just by performing routine maintenance and cleaning," said Mike Pickel, co-founder of Texas Traditions Roofing. "By inspecting and cleaning the roof twice a year, we can help homeowners get ahead of trouble before it starts and ensure that their roof continues to provide the best protection for their homes."

The Roof Maintenance Program offers two roof cleanups per year consisting of debris removal from valleys and other collection points, gutter clean out, and one thorough roof inspection with a full, detailed report provided annually.

·       Cleanings take place during or after high debris times of the year, typically in the November-January and April-June timeframe.

·       If the roof needs to be replaced within the first year of signing up for the program, the first-year fees will be credited toward the replacement when Texas Traditions Roofing replaces the roof.

·       Rewards program capped at $1,500 total. Transferable once.

Pricing ranges anywhere from $450 - $700 per year with two story homes starting at $550.
