Follow on Google News | ![]() National Association of Professional Background Screeners Elects Board Members and OfficersBy: NAPBS Elected for two-year board terms as regular member directors were Chad Ascar, IntelliCorp Records, Inc.; Tim Gordon, InfoMart; and re-elected Catherine Leung, HireRight. Michael Hovorka, Orange Tree Employment Screening, was elected for a one-year term as regular member director. Re-elected for a two-year term to represent the industry provider members was Scott Maloney, Omni Data Retrieval. Continuing on the board as regular members directors are: Curt Schwall, Employment Background Investigations Inc. and Kelly Uebel, Asurint (2019). Dean Carras, Innovative Enterprises, also remains on the board as an associate board member representing providers to the industry. Officers for 2018-19 are: Angela Preston, Sterling Talent Solutions, chair; Bon Idziak, Accurate Background, chair-elect; "We are thrilled to welcome our newly elected and re-elected members to the 2018-19 NAPBS Board of Directors!" says Scott Hall, 2017-18 NAPBS Chair. "These individuals will bring talent, expertise and energy to our board and will provide leadership to the association as we continue to advance our mission.
