National Association of Professional Background Screeners Elects Board Members and Officers

RALEIGH, N.C. - Sept. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- The National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS®) is pleased to announce the board of directors for 2018-19.

Elected for two-year board terms as regular member directors were Chad Ascar, IntelliCorp Records, Inc.; Tim Gordon, InfoMart; and re-elected Catherine Leung, HireRight. Michael Hovorka, Orange Tree Employment Screening, was elected for a one-year term as regular member director. Re-elected for a two-year term to represent the industry provider members was Scott Maloney, Omni Data Retrieval.

Continuing on the board as regular members directors are:  Curt Schwall, Employment Background Investigations Inc. and Kelly Uebel, Asurint (2019). Dean Carras, Innovative Enterprises, also remains on the board as an associate board member representing providers to the industry.

Officers for 2018-19 are: Angela Preston, Sterling Talent Solutions, chair; Bon Idziak, Accurate Background, chair-elect; Michelle K. Leblond, PlusOne Solutions Inc.; and Scott Hall, FirstPoint Background Screening Resources, immediate past chair.
