Jack and Jill of America Foundation and Systems Innovation LLC sponsor the STEM Career Fair and Exhibition. This is SEM Link's signature event through their Math and Science Career Academy, which is SEM Link's program that exposes students to STEM through hands-on activities, real-world applications and career exploration. The event features exhibitors (STEM professionals, undergraduate and graduate students, and retirees) that conduct hands-on demonstrations or display real-world applications of STEM.  At the fair the students visit the tables of exhibitors moving freely between activities. "Children become what they see, if want children to become STEM professionals we have to provide them with opportunities to "see" STEM professionals. Our career fair provides youth with the opportunities to see STEM careers by engaging in hands on STEM activities and seeing STEM demonstrations by the STEM community; which we hope will inspire them to believe that becoming a STEM professional is possible for them  " states Ms. Tokiwa T. Smith, Founder and Executive Director of SEM Link.
