Just a few things you will see... Dead Sea - time for a dip in this wonderful mineral Sea where you can NOT sink. Truly an expierce. Madasa - where in 70 A.D, a final stand was made against the Roman legion. Sea of Galilee - we take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee where Jesus walked on the water. A few years ago, a fishing boat from the time of Christ was discovered in the mud at the edge of the lake. It is now on display near the spot our boat lands. Capernaum - the headquarters of Jesus and the disciples during his ministry on earth. We will also visit the scene of the miracle of the loaves and fishes, and where Jesus met the disciples after the resurrection. We will view the lake from the Mt. of Beatitudes. Golan Heights - where from the view point you can see the entire Sea of Galilee area. Jordan River - where you will have the opportunity to be baptized. Bet Shean - where an archeological "dig" is in progress. Bet Shean was a prominent Roman city in the time of Jesus and until the 6th century. Megiddo - (biblical Armegeddon.) Caesarea - where Peter first preached to the Gentiles. Sharon Valley - as we motor to Jerusalem. Jerusalem - Israeli Museum to look at the Model of Jerusalem at the time of Jesus and the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed. Yad Vashem, a memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. Old City, entering through the Dung Gate, for a visit to the Western (Wailing) Wall. We will walk through the Rabbinical Tunnel under the present city. What a thrill to walk on the streets that Jesus walked on. Antonia Fortress, where Jesus was judged. St. Anne's Church and the pool of Bethesda. Lion's Gate to the valley to the Garden of Gethsemane. This is a never to be forgotten experience. Mt. of Olives for a panoramic view of the Old City. Chapel of Ascension, where tradition says that Jesus ascended. Upper Room on Mt.Zion, traditional site of both the Last Supper and the Day of Pentecost. Jewish Quarter, and the Cardo, which was the heart of the city during Roman times. We will enjoy Communion at the Garden Tomb. Bethlehem - we visit the Church of the Nativity, where all agree that Jesus was born. IT WILL BE A TRIP OF A LIFETIME. Everything on our tour is included, three meals per day (not 2 as in most tours,) all the tips, beverages with meals, and too many other things to list. At first glance, we may look expensive, but because we include everything, we actually are quite economical. We believe that you would rather know the cost before you leave home, so that you can feel free to spend what money you want to on souvenirs without worrying about something being sprung on you out of the blue.
