Pandamoon Publishing Names Elgon Williams Director of Marketing and Sales

AUSTIN, Texas - Aug. 30, 2018 - PRLog -- Pandamoon Publishing proudly announces the promotion of Elgon Williams to Director of Marketing and Sales, effective immediately. Williams has been with Pandamoon since 2013 serving as Global Publicist, Internal Communications Manager and, most recently, Media Relations Coordinator. He is also a multi-published author specializing in science fiction, fantasy and mystery.

"Elgon was one of the original Alpha class of authors Pandamoon signed in the summer of 2013. Even before publishing his first book with Pandamoon, Elgon was helping his fellow authors develop and promote their author brands and increase their following on social media," said Zara Kramer, Publisher and CEO of Pandamoon Publishing.

"After talking to him extensively we discovered his extensive background in marketing, communication and sales. While studying Mass Communication at Purdue University and later Marketing Administration at The University of Texas at Austin, Williams worked in home entertainment sales, was a radio DJ, wrote news copy for TV news, and of all things, sold and installed brass peepholes in doors. Because of his uniquely varied and diverse background in the arts and business, it was natural to name him as one of Pandamoon's original publicists," Kramer added.

Williams served in the USAF where he learned Chinese Mandarin and spent two years in Asia. Throughout most of his adult life he has worked in retail management for several major retail chains. He has worked in advertising and public relations and has also been a computer technician, vendor advocate representing several computer technology companies.
