Arrive to home-made seasonal cakes and tea.  Christmas Eve gets under way with a champagne reception for guests followed by a candlelit 5-course gourmet dinner.  Wake on Christmas Day to Airds' legendary Scottish breakfast and Buck's Fizz.  With traditional Christmas Lunch not served until 4pm, there's plenty of time to enjoy the day:  enter the annual Port Appin treasure hunt, burn some calories on a long walk or bike ride in the beautiful surrounding countryside, or simply relax by the fire.  Mince pies, Christmas cake and mulled wine will be offered at lunchtime and light snacks in the evening.  On Boxing Day, breakfast and dinner are taken at leisure and once the winner of the treasure hunt is announced, the day is free to explore further afield.  Enjoy a final sumptuous Scottish breakfast on the 27^th before leaving - relaxed, revived and ready for New Year.
