Comments MK, "For two years the idea of a multi-author series rolled through my mind. These series are nothing new, but I wanted this one to be different. The series is filled with stories of adventure, danger, romance, and hope, and is set in the fictional town of Whitcomb Springs, Montana Territory. The stories span the years of 1865-1885, so there is a lot of fascinating history to cover. I wanted a series that would not only appeal to fans of pure westerns and western romance, but also to those who haven't tried either genre. There's something for everyone in this series, and we'll keep it going for as long as the ideas flow."
Although the war did not extend to the Northwest Territories, the citizens of Whitcomb Springs feared for friends and family caught in the tumult. When the war ended in 1865, many who had built a life in the valley had lost and loved, prospered and hoped.
These are their stories.
