Re-Unite America, Darrow's New Orleans Grill, StubHub Center, Hosts "Operation Appreciation"

CARSON, Calif. - Aug. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Re-Unite America, in partnership with Darrow's New Orleans Grill,  , and AEG/StubHub Center, announces this year's participation in National Disaster Preparedness Month (September) with our event 'Bridging the Gulf – Operation Appreciation' -- a special concert-festival and information resource on Friday, September 7, 2018, from 5 to 8 pm, at StubHub Center.

A special honor will be made for Long Beach Fire Captain David Rosa and San Diego Firefighter Cory Iverson who both lost their lives while rendering first responder duties. Additionally, acknowledgements will be made to the many brave men and women who continue as "First Responders" on the front line in combating the fires and the ravages of the natural disasters that have confronted us.

This event will also provide resource opportunities to distribute information via the Disaster Preparedness Pavilion to benefit adults, children and family pets.

"For Californians, the reality of preparedness is more than a minor consideration," he adds.  "We are reminded by every instance of disaster that it is now necessary for our vigilance to continue as we all attempt to protect our families and our properties."

Clark went on to thank Kathy Pandolfo, General Manager of the Stub Hub Center for the phenomenal work that they do in the community along with County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas for input from the Los Angeles County Office of Emergency Management; Dr. Paul Wallace; Mayor Albert Robles, City of Carson; Congresswoman Nanette Barragan; Senator Steven Bradford; and Assemblyman Mike Gibson—all of whom contributed greatly toward the success of this venture.
