LONDON - Aug. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Whenever we talk about work, and hours, the most common thing to hear is a 9-5, however with only 6% of the population working these hours it is looking like flexi hours are taking over. Educogym Moorgate find out why "The survey showed that workers were leaning more towards 8am-4pm, and around 20% opting for 7am-3pm, however the main result was just how much workers appreciate flexi time" explained Sanj Bains, educogym Moorgate personal trainer.

Many workers have children, school runs, nursery runs and more, and find having an employer who understands this and is flexible really helps them to have a suitable work schedule, with many job sharing, starting earlier to leave earlier and more. "at educogym Moorgate we open at 6am until 8pm, so our day is cut into different hours for staff, for example 7am-3pm, 2pm-8pm and more, for those that need some help and flexibility, they get it, it is much less stressful for any worker to not have to stress about hours and fitting things in their day if they have a flexible employer, and it has been proven to actually benefit mental health which should be a high priority of most employers" confirmed Godfrey Nurse, educogym Moorgate personal trainer.

It can also be beneficial to the employer, and reduce costs from hiring and advertising new workers, as those with flexible hours were more motivated and stay around longer "of course if your employer has gone out of their way to ensure you are happy, and moved some timings around to suit you and your individual needs, the response would be a huge amount of motivation, the hours would be much more suited and so obviously you would stay longer and over all appreciate the employer. Some people may just want to avoid rush hour, which can be a nightmare in London especially near our gym in Moorgate as it is in one of the busiest parts of the city" said Sanj Bains, educogym Moorgate personal trainer.
