Video game music, like film music, is an emerging genre that is on the verge of becoming part of the general concert repertoires. Although some pieces of video game music already have been recorded and performed, the people at VGM Classics feel that more of them deserve such treatment and attention.
It is a reboot of the original Star Fox and the only game in the Star Fox series to be released on the Nintendo 64. An autostereoscopic remake, titled Star Fox 64 3D, was released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2011. Star Fox 64 was the first Nintendo 64 game to have included support for the Rumble Pak, with which it initially came bundled.
The game has sold over 4 million copies since its release, making it one of the best-selling games on the system. The game received critical acclaim for smooth animation, detailed visuals, voice acting and use of multiple gameplay paths. It has been deemed by many critics and gamers to be one of the best games ever made.
Like the orchestral recording projects, they are offering three different Video game titles: "Star Fox 64" (aka. "Lylat Wars"), "Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia," and "Suikoden II" for your consideration.
